Please recycle all previous order forms, as most prices have increased due to the rise in the price of gold.
Insignia ordering is now easier than ever! You no longer need to mail the order form to your Insignia Chairman with a self addressed, stamped envelope, along with your check or credit card information. To speed up the process, you may order online from the Insignia portion of our national website or by calling Hamilton Jewelers Insignia directly at 1-800-786-5890. They will contact your Insignia Chairman National directly to acquire approval for your order.
