In April 2024 a new procedure was set up as a way for members to order insignia. Members now order via the Insignia Chairman. Please see the revised order form.

Please recycle all previous order forms, as most prices have increased due to the rise in the price of gold.
Insignia ordering now requires members to mail the order form and a check for payment to the Insignia Chairman, who will, in turn, work with Hamilton Jewelers to complete the order.
